- This page just gathers interest. We're opening soon. Right now this page only collects sign-ups and questions so we can email you at launch.
- What we store. Your name, email, the role you choose and your optional message, used only to contact you about Pass your T-Level. To reduce spam we also keep a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser type. No passwords, no payment details.
- How long we keep it. Only until we launch and for up to 3 months after, then we delete it or sooner if you ask. This interest list is intended for people aged 16 and over, and we handle any young person's details with extra care.
- We're independent. We're not linked to any T Level provider, college or awarding body. We only name providers to show which courses our study aids cover.
- We don't teach courses. We provide study aids quizzes, mock exams and flash cards and a portal for colleges. Your school or college sets grades and qualifications.
- Cookies & analytics. We set no analytics cookies unless you accept them in the cookie banner. Decline and none are used. This is separate from the details you give in the form.
- Who runs this & how to reach us. This site is run by the Pass your T-Level team. To ask a question, or to be removed from the list at any time, email temp@passyourtlevel.co.uk and we'll delete your details. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
Terms & how we use your details
- What we are. Pass your T-Level is a study-aid website for T Level students, with a portal for colleges. This page is a pre-launch sign-up.
- The details you give us. When you join the list we store your name, email, the option you pick, and your message. To reduce spam we also keep a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser's user-agent. We use these only to email you about Pass your T-Level and to understand who's interested, and we keep them only until launch and for up to 3 months after (or until you ask us to delete them).
- Consent. We email you because you ticked the box asking us to. You can withdraw that at any time by replying to any email or contacting us.
- Security. Your details are stored securely on our server and are never sold or shared with third parties.
- We are independent. We're not linked to, paid by, or working with any T Level provider, college, exam board or awarding body.
- We don't teach. We don't run courses or give grades or qualifications. Our quizzes and mocks are for practice and don't promise a pass.
- Our own work. Our team makes all the content on this site. We don't copy exam papers or provider materials.
- Accessibility. Use the accessibility button to change text size and colour, turn on a readable font, underline links, add spacing, reduce motion, or have the page read aloud.
- Changes. We may update these terms as the site grows. The date below shows when we last changed them.
